NWS Issues Winter Weather Advisory Inland

A burst of snow, sleet, and freezing rain could lead to some slick travel conditions in inland Southern New England on Saturday evening. While there is not expected to be more than an inch of snow in Rhode Island and interior Southeastern Massachusetts, the timing of the snow/ice could impact holiday travelers. A longer period of snow and ice is likely in central and western Massachusetts. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Saturday evening. See more details below.
