A storm system south of Southern New England may throw a few rain and snow showers at the coast Tuesday night. It’s a close call, and may slide out to sea harmlessly. In a worst-case scenario, there could be an inch or two of snow and that’s not an April Fools’ joke! Our current forecast is for no snow accumulation. Lows will be in the upper 20s to low 30s.

Wednesday will be partly sunny, breezy, and cool. Highs will be in the mid 40s. Thursday looks like a nice day. You can expect a decent dose of sunshine, and highs in the low to mid 50s inland. It will stay in the mid to upper 40s near the coast because of a southwest breeze.

Friday looks even milder, but showers are possible. It does not look like a total washout during the day. Highs will be in the mid to upper 50s. Showers will continue Friday night into early Saturday as colder weather arrives. It will be in the mid 40s on Friday with some afternoon sunshine.

Easter Sunday is shaping up to be cool. It looks like there will be a fair amount of clouds. The temperature will start the day in the 30s before reaching the mid 40s in the afternoon.
