Thursday was another beauty in Southeastern New England. While not as warm as Wednesday, there was still plenty of sunshine. Clouds will increase by midnight, and showers are possible late at night. Lows will be in the mid 40s.

Showers are possible on Friday, primarily in the morning. The rain does not look terribly heavy or widespread, but most spots should pick up at least 0.1″ of rain by midday. The afternoon looks mostly cloudy with scattered showers possible. Highs will be in the 50s.

The weekend looks great. Saturday will be mostly sunny and seasonably warm. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s with a west-northwest breeze. A disturbance will move through Northern New England Saturday evening. It will not come far enough south for showers in Rhode Island or Southeastern Massachusetts. Skies will clear Saturday night, and lows will be in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, and a bit cooler, but still nice. Highs will be in the upper 50s. Clouds will gradually increase Sunday night. Lows will be in the 40s.

After a dry start to the workweek, a moisture-laden storm system will bring rain Monday afternoon into early Tuesday. The rain should be steady by the evening commute, and it will be soggy Monday night. Heavy downpours and thunderstorms are possible as the energetic system passes by Monday night. Showers are possible Tuesday morning before drier weather arrives in the afternoon. Highs will only be in the low 50s on Monday. It will reach the upper 50s to low 60s on Tuesday afternoon.

Dry and seasonable weather is in the forecast for Wednesday. More rain is possible later in the workweek.
