Warm Weather Continues

It has been a hot July so far, and the relatively warm weather continues through most or all the upcoming workweek. Highs may reach 90 for a few days early in the week. Steady rain may reach Southeastern New England by late in the workweek or early next weekend.

MONDAY
Partly cloudy, a scattered morning thunderstorm or shower, then hazy, hot, humid in the afternoon. Scattered t-storms are possible in the evening. Highs in the mid to upper 80s coast, and low to mid 90s inland.

TUESDAY
Mostly sunny, hot, a lot less humid. Highs 90-95.

WEDNESDAY
Mostly sunny, very warm to hot. Typical mid-summer humidity. Highs in the mid 80s to low 90s. Lows near 70.

THURSDAY
Partly to mostly sunny, still very warm to hot. Highs in the mid 80s coast to low to mid 90s inland. Lows again in the low 70s.

FRIDAY
Increasing clouds, chance of afternoon rain/thunder. There is still some uncertainty about the track and intensity of this storm system, but a steady rain is possible Friday night and/or Saturday. Highs in the low to mid 80s.

WEEKEND
The start of the weekend may be wet, but it should brighten by Sunday. Chance of rain on Saturday with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. Sunday looks partly cloudy and not as warm as it has been lately, with highs near 80.
