Quiet weather in Southeastern New England continues through the weekend and, possibly, most of next week. It will be warmer this weekend, with highs in the 50s on Sunday. Saturday and Monday will be in the 40s, but still on the warm side for mid-February.
Expect partly sunny skies on Saturday, and plenty of sunshine on Sunday. Monday also looks bright, but breezy and cooler. The dry weather continues on Tuesday. Highs will be in the low 40s with increasing clouds.
The only chance at precipitation in the next week is on Wednesday, and it does not look like more than a few rain showers at best. Highs will be in the 40s again on Wednesday.
Another spring preview is ahead for the end of the workweek. Look for highs in the 50s on Thursday and Friday. There are signs of a rain event sometime next weekend.
