The National Weather Service has issued a special statement regarding the strong to severe thunderstorms that are moving through Connecticut and Central MA. The gist of it is what we have been anticipating for the past couple of days. Wind gusts to 55 mph are possible, and the rain may lead to some poor drainage flooding.
