Pro Update: First look snow accumulation map for Monday PM

A warm front will bring snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain to Southern New England late Monday afternoon into Monday night. It does not look like a major snow producer, but the combination of the timing and fact that the ground is frozen solid after a week’s worth of sub-freezing weather could lead to some hazardous travel during and after the Monday evening commute. The precipitation comes with a warm front that is the leading edge of milder weather that will move in for the midweek.
