Southern New England winter recap

Winter officially ends on March 20, but the meteorological winter ends on February 28. The winter in Southern New England was warmer, wetter, and snowier than normal. Overall, there were not too many records broken this winter in Southern New England. Providence tied a record high temperature on January 31, and the daily precipitation record was broken on February 27.
