Dorian regenerates into depression near Florida

The remnants of Tropical Storm Dorian regenerated into a tropical depression Saturday morning. The center of the disturbance was located about 85 miles east of Cape Canaveral, Florida. The storm was moving north at 10 mph, but a gradual turn to northeast is expected over the weekend. Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph, and little change in strength in the next 24 hours. Rain from TD Dorian is expected to skirt the east coast of Florida.
