There has been no shortage of cool weather in Southern New England in the past week, but it looks like we’ll be catching a short break from it just in time for trick or treating on Thursday evening. A warm front will be moving through the Northeast on Thursday. There will be scattered showers with the front, and rain cannot be completely ruled out, but the odds favor dry, breezy and relatively mild conditions between 5 pm and 8 pm on Halloween.
