It looks like a few spooky showers could creep into Southern New England during trick or treating. The best chance of rain is after 6 pm and in interior Southern New England. There will be cloudy, somewhat damp conditions with temperatures near 60° and a gusty southerly breeze near the coast. Overall, if the showers hold off, it should be nice weather for trick or treating.
