Updated snow forecast Tuesday PM into Wednesday AM

The overall forecast for the Tuesday PM into Wednesday AM Southern New England snow storm has not changed. It still looks like a moderate snow storm in most of RI, MA and CT. The heaviest totals will most likely be near the coast, particularly in Bristol/Plymouth Counties in MA. We estimate most areas will receive 5-8″ of snow in RI and SE MA. The steadiest snow will occur late Tuesday night. A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for coastal Southern New England. New watches, warnings, and/or advisories will be issued by the National Weather Service Monday afternoon.
