The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Providence Metro Area until 1230pm on Wednesday. Heavy rain began falling late at night, and is likely to continue through the morning. Street flooding was expected to begin as more than one inch of rain has fallen in just a few hours.
