Today marks the 37th anniversary of the Blizzard of 1978. That storm is my first meteorological memory. I was five years old and my father woke me up so I could see the snow plow stuck on the street at the height of the storm. I remember the following day the snow piles on the side of our driveway were so much bigger than I was. In honor of that historic storm, today’s Live Blog is free for all. It comes at a great time with a very tricky forecast ahead for this weekend and early next week. See my updates and analysis throughout the day below.
