A cold front will move through New England by dawn on Sunday. The wind will pick up out of the west-northwest late at night, and the temperature will tumble into the low to mid 20s by 8 am.
It will be partly to mostly sunny, and windy during the day. Highs will be in the low 30s, but it will feel more like the upper teens to low 20s because of the gusty 15-35 mph west-northwest wind.
It will be mainly clear and very cold for late March Sunday night. Lows will be in the low to mid teens with a 10-20 mph northwest breeze. Monday looks sunny and rather cool, with highs in the mid 30s. There will still be a northwest wind that makes it feel a few degrees cooler.
After a cold start near 20° on Tuesday, the temperature will rise into the upper 30s to low 40s during the afternoon under sunny skies. Wednesday looks decent, with morning sunshine and some afternoon clouds. Highs will be in the mid to upper 40s.
An approaching cold front will bring the threat of rain showers Wednesday night through Thursday. It will stay relatively mild, with lows in the upper 30s, and highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. The rain threat ends Thursday night. Dry and seasonably cool weather is in the forecast for Friday and Saturday. Highs will be in the 40s.
