Rain showers will continue Friday night into early Saturday. Shower will end by mid-morning in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. It will be mild early in the day with temperatures in the low to mid 50s. The wind will pick up out of the west and northwest after the rain ends. Some 40+ mph gusts are possible from late in the morning through early in the evening. Sustained winds should be between 15-25 mph. Skies will be partly to mostly sunny.
The wind will gradually relax Saturday night under mainly clear skies. It will be a cold night for early-April, with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. After a chilly start, the temperature will rebound to near 50 on Easter. Clouds will thicken in the afternoon, and rain showers are possible after 5 pm. There will be a few rain showers around Friday night. Dry weather returns on Monday.
Monday will most likely be the nicest day of next workweek. You can expect a blend of clouds and sunshine, and highs int he mid to upper 50s. A storm system will bring rain and much cooler conditions on Tuesday. It will be raw, with the temperature ranging from the mid to upper 30s inland to the low 40s at the coast.
A break in the action is possible on Wednesday. It will not be warm, with highs only in the 40s. Another storm system could bring more rain for the end of next workweek.
