Mainly Dry Friday; Seasonable This Weekend

A weak disturbance will bring some clouds to Southeastern New England Thursday night. There is a low chance of showers late at night and during the day on Friday. The best chance of seeing rain is on the islands. The odds of rain decrease as you head inland. Lows will be near 50 Friday morning. Highs will be in the mid 60s in the afternoon with a blend of sun and clouds.

Most of the showers should stay away from Rhode Island and SE Massachusetts on Friday

A cold front will swing through late Friday night or early Saturday morning.  A stray shower cannot be ruled out as the front passes. Lows will be in the mid 50s. Saturday should feature increasing sunshine and low humidity. Highs will be in the low to mid 70s inland, and 60s near the coast with a light northeast to east breeze.

It will be clear and cool Saturday night. Lows will be near 50 Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon should be mostly sunny and pleasant, with highs in the upper 60s at the coast, and low to mid 70s inland.

It looks like the weather will be dry on Monday. Clouds will stream in late in the day. Highs will be like this weekend, and lows will be near 50. The best chance of showers next workweek is Monday night into Tuesday. A cold front moving through the Northeast will bring showers, and possibly a thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 60s to low 70s on Tuesday. The early outlook is for warmer weather (highs in the 80s inland) on Wednesday and Thursday.
