A beautiful stretch of weather will last through the weekend into next week. It will be getting warmer, and highs in the 90s inland are possible between Sunday and the end of next workweek.
SATURDAY
It will be clear and comfy early in the day. The low temperature will be in the upper 50s to low 60s. It will reach the low to mid 80s with plenty of afternoon sunshine. The humidity will stay low with dew points in the mid to upper 50s. Saturday night looks clear and mild. Lows will be in the low to mid 60s.
SUNDAY
Humidity will increase on Sunday as a southwest wind pumps warmer air into Southeastern New England. Highs inland will be in the mid to upper 80s. It will be in the low 80s near the coast because of the onshore breeze. Dew points will rise into the low to mid 60s making it feel like mid-summer. Sunday night will be partly cloudy and mild. Lows will be 65-70 on Monday morning.
MONDAY
August wraps up with some very warm weather on Monday. Highs will flirt with 90 inland. It will be in the 80s near the coast. The muggy conditions will continue through the day and night. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s Tuesday morning.
MIDWEEK
A wind shift to the northwest will bring in lower humidity on Tuesday, but it will stay very warm. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s with mostly sunny skies. Wednesday and Thursday both look warm to hot, with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s inland, and low to mid 80s near the coast. We’re expecting mainly clear skies through Thursday. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s.
