The second wild storm in the past week will bring snow, mix, and rain to Southern New England on Wednesday into very early Thursday. If it were mid-winter, this storm would be a no-brainer 8-14″ event for all but Cape Cod and the islands. Of course, things get tricky in early March with less cold air and a higher sun angle during the day. High elevations of CT, RI and MA will get several inches of heavy, wet snow by early Thursday.
