The weather looks just about perfect for running any of the races in the Navigant Credit Union Running Festival on Sunday, May 5 in Pawtucket, RI. The running festival features three events, a half-marathon beginning at 8:00 a.m., a Youth 1K beginning at 10:30 a.m., and a 5K beginning at 11:00 a.m.. The weather will be sunny and seasonably cool in the morning. There will be a light northeast-east breeze that should not be a big factor for the runners. Make sure you grab some sport sunscreen as the sun angle is as high in early-May as it is in early-August.
