Event Forecast: Newport Christmas 10K Run and 3.3 Mile Walk

The 31st annual Christmas 10k Run and 3.3 Mile Walk to benefit Women & Infants Program in Women’s Oncology Integrative Care Program will take place Sunday, December 14, at 10 am at Rogers High School in Newport, RI. The race is run in loving memory of Tricia Lovett Stallman and for all the women that have been touched by cancer. After the race, head to Rogers High School cafeteria for post-race refreshments and awards. This great race features a very scenic course that winds from near Rogers High School to Ocean Drive before finishing near Rogers High School.

The weather for the race looks better this year than last. It will be seasonably cold, but sunny and dry. There will be a northwest breeze, but not a biting wind.
