Cold week ahead, chance of flakes Tuesday

November has been about 2 degrees colder than normal through Sunday, and it looks like the final week of the month will continue to be on the chilly side. The week will begin with some quiet weather. Monday should be mostly sunny, breezy, and cool. Highs will be in the low to mid 40s.

Near miss on Tuesday

There is some light snow or flurries in the forecast for Tuesday, and it does not look like a big deal. Light snow or flurries should develop in the morning, and off and on flakes are possible through the afternoon. At most, a dusting of snow is possible based on the current forecast. There is still a chance that the storm tracks a little closer to Southern New England allowing for a period of steadier snow, but, right now that is not in the forecast. Highs will only be in the upper 30s on Tuesday.

Chilly, dry late in the workweek

Cold and dry weather will move from the Great Lakes to the Northeast Wednesday through Friday. Highs will be in the upper 30s to low 40s, and lows will be in the 20s. A weak disturbance may bring some rain and snow showers next Saturday.

The Right Weather Winter Outlook will be released Monday afternoon. There will also be a Cyber Monday sale on a Right Weather Pro membership. The cost of the one year membership will be lowered to $29.99 for one year of access to all the benefits of being a Right Weather Pro subscriber.
