Long Range Forecast – November 15

Normally, we’re not too excited about wholesale changes to the Long Range Forecast, but, this time around, the thought of not having to deal with a Nor’easter near Thanksgiving is a good thing. We’re in a cool, dry pattern through the end of the week, then, during Thanksgiving week, the temperature moderates a bit. It will stay mainly dry through next weekend, and there are some indications that the action could pick up by the end of November, but that’s 11-15 days away. Overall, after a very active start to the month, if the ocean storm next week stays out to sea, we’ll be in a relatively quiet stretch for most of the last three weeks of November.
