Long Range Forecast – November 20
Yawn. Another day complete with a heavy frost, nice sunrise, northeast breeze, high near 50, nice sunset, and chilly night. This is about as benign a November pattern as one can expect in Southern New England. It will be changing, however, before the end of the month. Here are the highlights:
- Dry, seasonable Thanksgiving and Black Friday
- Strong cold front moves through Saturday. Chilly and windy Saturday night
- The temperature may not reach 40 degrees on Sunday afternoon
- Quiet, cool early next week.
- Storm in the Northeast next Tuesday and/or Wednesday
- Track looks like a mix to rain, but weary of a track a bit farther south which would bring more mix/snow
- Another cold shot behind that system
- The pattern stays chilly, potentially active first week of December
