November will likely go in the books with an average temperature more than 2° colder than normal in Providence. That’s the coldest month (relative to normal) of the year, and it does not look like the unseasonable chill will carry over into the first few days of December. A slight warm-up is likely from late in the weekend through most of next week. It doesn’t look like there are any huge storms coming down the pike through early next week, but the action may pick up in the middle to latter part of next week.
