If you don’t have time to flip around and see how the different television stations in Providence and Boston are forecasting the storm, here is the roundup of snow forecast maps taken from the various websites at 7pm Saturday. Most are in the same ballpark, with a few stations going for a bit more snow than Right Weather on the high end, and a couple are a bit lower than Right Weather’s forecast. One notable forecast is that from The Weather Channel. There is a giant 6-12″ over part of RI and SE MA – that is quite a bit higher than all of the local stations are forecasting. It’s not out of the realm of possibility, but in my opinion, it’s not close to the most likely scenario.
