Wet, mild, and windy Wednesday night

The rain will likely end by mid-morning Thursday, and the strong southerly winds will be replaced by gusty northwesterly winds ushering cold weather back into the Northeast. After a pre-dawn highs in the upper 40s or 50s, the temperature will gradually fall Thursday afternoon.
