Long Range Forecast – April 29

It has been a superb weather pattern in Southern New England for the past week. Temperatures have been near normal with plenty of sunshine. After seeing some clouds early this week, the weather should be very tranquil right through next weekend. A blocky jet stream pattern will keep it dry into next week. The pattern will most likely not break down until, at least, the middle of next week. Look for highs in the 50s/60s and lows in the 30s/40s. April was a rather dry month with about 35% of the normal precipitation. We’ll have to keep an eye on that as May progresses. Odds are there will be some unsettled weather once the pattern breaks down in the next 10-15 days.
