The remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea will bring heavy rain and gusty coastal winds to Southern New England Friday into early Saturday. Most of Southern New England will pick up at least 1-3″ of rain, with the potential for some 3-5″ amounts in the hardest hit areas. The favored areas for the heaviest rain are CT, NW RI, and Central/Western MA. The rain should move out of Southern New England Saturday morning.
