Tropical Storm Andrea’s remnants will be strong enough to churn up the ocean south of Southern New England Friday night into Saturday. The resulting surf and rip currents may make for dangerous swimming conditions at area beaches in the first half of the weekend. The National Weather Service has issued a High Surf Advisory for most of the Southeastern New England coast. You can check out the latest beach forecast on rightweather.com.
