July to be top-5 hottest in major SNE cities

With one day left in July, and a seasonable day expected, the month will go into the record books as one of the hottest on record in Southern New England. In all likelihood, Providence and Hartford will experience their warmest months on record, and Boston and Worcester may be in the top-5 warmest on record.
