215 AM: Greenfield, MA: Deerfield Street – section of road flooded due to sewer overflow – 2 manhole covers lifted off road due to water pressure.
300 AM: Deerfield, MA: Several cars flooded out in the parking lot near the Deerfield Academy Health Center
330 AM: Gill, MA: Flooded basement on Walnut Street – Water flooding out furnace with at least 7″ of water covering the furnace
640 AM: Montague, MA: Montague City Road closed due to flooding
730 AM: Erving, MA: Briggs Brook out of its banks flooding Farley Road/Ledge on the Erving/Millers Falls, MA line flooding continued through at least 750 AM.
1230 PM: Shrewsbury, MA: One lane of Rte 9 westbound closed due to flooding.
1230 PM: Northboro, MA: Minor street flooding on several streets
115 PM: Bellingham, MA: House Struck by lightning on Farm Street – damage to the back of the building
115 PM: Cambridge, MA: Main Street closed due to flooding and James street closed due to flooding both reopened at 150 PM.
136 PM: Boston, MA: Columbia Road closed due to flooding. Flooding greater than 1 foot in depth. This included in the area of Quincy street. Hancock and Dudley streets and Geneva Avenue all closed due to flooding.
224 PM: Framingham, MA: Portion of Route 9 Eastbound by Concord street flooded and impassable
224 PM: Watertown, MA: Water dislodged a manhole cover on Warren Avenue
305 PM: Springfield, MA: Minor street flooding up to 6″ in the Indian Orchard section of Main Street
309 PM: Ludlow, MA: up to 6″ of street flooding on West and Cady Street.
339 PM: Leominster, MA: Wires Down on union Street
346 PM: Littleton, MA: Route 2 East and Westbound between I-495 and newtown road, 4-6″ of street flooding across the road.
404 PM: Wilmington, MA: Route 38 (main street) in the vicinity of silver lake is closed due to flooding
406 PM: Tewksbury, MA: Trees and wires down on Rte 38 at the Wilmington line near South Street. Trees and Wires down on Birch and State Streets
449 PM: Cambridge, MA: Route 2 and 16-Alewife Brook Parkway – 4-6″ of street flooding
452 PM: Northbridge, MA: Cottage Street – 6-12″ of street flooding
457 PM: Newton, MA: Needham Street – 8″ of street flooding
515 PM: Blackstone, MA: 1/8″ hail
530 PM: Putnam, CT: Pea Sized Hail on Rte 44 east
603 PM: Burrillville, RI: South Main Street – phone pole struck by lightning
610 PM: Hingham, MA: Leavitt Street – Tree Down (likely lightning related)
623 PM: Johnston, RI: Tree Limb and Wires Down (likely lightning related)
