Record high minimum temperatures possible Friday

The temperature struggled to fall Thursday night in Southern New England. As a result, the four major climatology stations in Southern New England may all establish a record high minimum temperature for July 19. The record, sometimes referred to as a maxi-min by weather geeks, would be the second straight for Providence and Worcester, and the first of the hot stretch for Boston and Hartford. Below are the records and the daily low temperatures for July 19, 2013 as of 3 pm.
