Dry, pleasant weather is arriving just in time for the weekend in Southern New England. Saturday is a full WaterFire lighting in Providence, and the weather should be spectacular – albeit a bit cool by late in the evening.

The afternoon should feature plenty of sunshine and temperatures in the 70s. The temperature will fall through the 60s under clear skies after the sun sets. By late in the evening, the temperature may dip to about 60° in Providence. There will be a 10-15 mph NE breeze in the afternoon. The wind will diminish in the evening.
