Heavy thunderstorms moving through RI into part of SE MA may lead to street flooding this afternoon. The thunderstorms are capable of producing an inch of rain in 30 minutes. The heaviest rain is likely from the East Bay of RI to Swansea, Somerset, Fall River and Taunton, and possibly areas farther east.
