Flash Flood Watch until 11 pm Monday

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect for most of Southern New England until 11 pm Monday. Heavy showers and thunderstorms have led to flash flooding during the Labor Day weekend in parts of RI, MA, and CT. The potential exists for more locally heavy showers and thunderstorms through Monday evening. Any more heavy rain will contribute to or exacerbate flash flooding.
