The coldest weather of the season to date has arrived in Southern New England. The temperature dipped into the mid 30s to low 40s at dawn Wednesday. Highs will only be in the low 50s on Wednesday afternoon. The best chance of seeing rain is near the coast. It looks like a damp, chilly start to the World Series in Boston.
