There has been no change to the drought conditions in Southern New England since last week. A Moderate Drought continues in Eastern MA, northern and eastern RI, and central and western coastal CT. Most of the rest of Southern New England is experiencing Abnormally Dry conditions – one level less intense than a moderate drought.
Showers Thursday will be beneficial to Southeastern MA and coastal RI. After a dry weekend, another storm is possible in the middle of next week.
