A rare storm that will bring snow to the Carolinas will scoot south of Southern New England Tuesday night. The storm will come close enough to deliver a round of accumulating snow to the Cape Cod and the islands. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket from 7pm Tuesday until 1pm Wednesday.
