  1. Hi Fred,
My husband is taking a 6 a.m. flight Wednesday from Green to Atlanta, GA, from where he will go on to Tokyo-Narita, Japan. I know it’s still too early to make any definitive forecast, but what do you think are the chances of Green closing down on Wednesday morning? We’d greatly appreciate your input. (I’ve been your fan since your ABC6 days!)

    1. It could be a challenge getting out of TF Green at that time on Wednesday. It is a very close call between snow, sleet, and rain in the Providence area. The odds favor some type of wintry precipitation at 6 am Wednesday, but it may not be enough to prevent departures. If there’s a way to switch it to the night before, that’s the best bet.
