A major winter storm is pounding the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic with ice and snow. Hundreds of thousands of people are without power, and the storm will strengthen as it moves up the coast. However, the storm is unlikely to be the worst of the season in RI and SE MA. Fred Campagna explains.
