The National Weather Service in Taunton, Massachusetts has expanded the Flash Flood Watch in effect on Wednesday to include most of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. All of Southern New England except for Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Block Island are under a Flash Flood Watch with the potential for 2″ per hour rainfall rates at times on Wednesday.
