Showers and drizzle are developing near the coast of RI and Buzzards Bay. It will likely be damp and raw this evening within 10 miles of the coast, and a few showers or drizzle/mist cannot be ruled out.

It will be dry and seasonably cool for trick-or-treaters in Southeastern New England on Friday evening. A developing northeast breeze will keep the temperature from rising above the mid 50s on Friday afternoon, and it will slowly settle back into the 40s on Friday evening. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, but rain is not expected through the evening. Early evening temperatures will be in the low 50s, and it should be in the upper 40s by mid to late evening. There will be a 7-15 mph northeast breeze that may make it feel a bit cooler.
