Snow will overspread Southern New England on Saturday as an Alberta Clipper storm system moves into the Northeast. Once the jet stream energy reaches the Atlantic Seaboard, a new storm will rapidly develop. That storm will intensify significantly overnight into early Sunday bringing strong winds and periods of heavy snow late Saturday night and Sunday morning. Blizzard conditions are possible.
