Partly Sunny Friday; Few Showers Saturday
The very muggy weather that moved into Southeastern New England on Thursday will temporarily move away early Friday. It will be less humid Friday morning before an onshore breeze starts to bring the muggy weather back late in the day. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s inland, and 70s near the coast. Skies will be partly sunny.
Patchy fog will develop Friday night as the wind swings around to the southwest ahead of a cold front. It will be mild and humid, with lows in the low to mid 60s. Fog should burn off Saturday morning, but a few showers and thundershowers are possible through early in the afternoon as the cold front passes. It will become partly to mostly sunny late in the day. Highs will be in the mid 70s to low 80s.
Sunday looks like a beautiful day. It will be less humid, with highs in the 80s inland, and 70s near the coast. You can expect a blend of clouds and sunshine. Monday will begin with clear skies before clouds roll in during the afternoon. Scattered late-afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms are possible – especially inland. Highs will be in the 70s.
An early shower or thunderstorm is possible on Tuesday. Increasing afternoon sunshine is likely. Highs will be in the 70s to low 80s on Tuesday. The weather looks fair on Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the 70s.
