Warm and Dry Weather Straight Ahead

It will be a cool start to the day on Tuesday, but plenty of sunshine will warm the temperature to the low 80s in the afternoon. It’s the start of another warm and dry stretch in Southeastern New England.

TUESDAY
The low temperature will be in the low to mid 50s at dawn under clear skies. There may not be any clouds during the day, and the abundant sunshine will help the temperature reach the low 80s by mid-afternoon. It will not be at all humid. There will be a 5-10 mph west to southwest breeze. Tuesday night looks clear and comfortable, with lows between 55-60.

WEDNESDAY
It looks like another cloud-free day in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Highs will be in the low 80s. An afternoon sea breeze will cool the coast into the 70s. Wednesday night will be mainly clear and comfy, with lows near 60.

THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
The beat goes on with more sunshine and warm temperatures. Highs may reach the mid 80s inland both days. A sea breeze will keep the coast in the 70s. The humidity may creep up a bit, but not to oppressive levels by Friday afternoon. Both days and nights look mainly clear.

SATURDAY
Look for partly to mostly sunny skies. After a morning low in the low 60s, the temperature will reach the upper 70s to low 80s with a southwest breeze. There will be noticeable humidity late in the day. Saturday night looks partly to mostly cloudy, mild, and muggy. Lows will be in the mid 60s. A passing shower is possible late at night.

SUNDAY
There is a chance of a few showers around on Sunday, especially in the morning. Most of the time it will be dry with partly cloudy skies. Highs will be in the mid to upper 70s. It will turn much cooler with clearing skies Sunday night. Lows will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s on Monday morning.
