Long-Range Forecast – November 3

November is off to a very mild start. The temperature will stay relatively warm into the weekend. A few showers are possible Thursday night and Friday, but it looks like it will be mainly dry through the weekend. Saturday is a transition day as cooler weather arrives in the afternoon on a northwest wind. Sunday will be cooler than normal, but not terribly cold. Highs will be in the low 50s.

Monday looks dry before another shower threat in the middle of next week. It does not look like a soaking rain storm, but should be more widespread than the spotty showers that are possible late this workweek. Another wet weather system will move into the Northeast late next week. Rain is possible late in the workweek. The upper level low pressure system may be slow to move out of the Northeast, and showers could threaten again by the end of the weekend. All the while, we are expecting the temperature to stay relatively mild.
