Tropical Storm Hermine may strengthen into a category 1 hurricane before making landfall near Apalachicola, Florida tonight. The storm will pass through northern Florida into southern Georgia by Friday, and it will continue moving northeast before stalling or slowing off the Mid-Atlantic coast over the Labor Day weekend. The big question for Southeastern New England is how far north the storm will get before stalling.
