There’s not a heck of a lot to say about the weather pattern over New England in the next couple of weeks. There will continue to be periodic rain chances and no extreme heat/cold is coming. Overall, with a generally northwest to northeast wind likely, the temperature will probably average cooler than normal in the next 10-15 days.
Some rain is moving through on Wednesday. It will be followed by dry and breezy weather on Thursday. Expect dry weather on Friday before shower chances increase on Saturday. It does not look like there will be steady rain, however, as two disturbances do not quite link up to bring a coastal storm.
A slow-moving storm crossing the central United States will move off the Mid-Atlantic coast early next week. Some rain is possible Sunday night into Monday if that storm comes far enough north. It looks quiet and seasonably cool in the middle of next week.
High pressure may establish residence over New England or Eastern Canada and that would keep it mainly dry through most of next week. It will also prevent a big warm-up. We’re about two weeks away from a normal high temperature around 70°, and there may not be many days above the low-mid 60s next week.
