Thursday night looks mainly clear to partly cloudy. Lows will range from the mid 40s in the countryside to around 50 in the cities. Friday will be another dry day, with gradually increasing clouds, and highs in the mid 60s.

A storm will form along a stalled boundary south of Southern New England on Saturday. The storm will come close enough to bring a chilly rain to Southeastern New England during the day. Right now, it looks like the best chance of steady rain is in the morning, with it gradually ending in the afternoon. There will be a northeast breeze and the temperature will hover in the low 50s – brrrr!

Skies will clear Saturday night, and the temperature will fall into the 30s in the countryside, and low to mid 40s elsewhere. After a very cool start, Sunday should be mostly sunny with highs in the low 60s. It will get milder early next week as a storm system moves slowly into the Eastern United States. Highs may reach the low 70s inland on Monday and Tuesday. A few stray showers are possible, but steady rain will likely hold off until midweek.
